What sign material should I choose?
Typically the harsher the environment, the tougher the substrate will need to be. The following is a guide to what we would recommend:
Polypropylene – This is a recycled plastic material ideal for interiors due to its lightweight and low cost. It tends to go brittle if placed in direct sunlight over time.
Metal – We recommend that all outdoor signs are made from metal or aluminium.
Corflute. This is a fluted polypropylene, which is used for temporary use, i.e.: construction.
Does Safety Network offer custom signs?
Yes! – we don’t currently offer custom signs through our website but please contact our team for your custom signage needs.
Can you deliver to regional areas?
Yes, we are shipping Australia wide daily.
Do your signs meet the Australian Standards?
Yes, we offer an Australian standards compliance guarantee.
How do I pay for products?
Website orders are paid for at the time the order is placed. We offer PayPal and Secure credit card payments through our website.
Safety Network do not currently offer Credit Accounts.
I can’t find the product I’m looking for?
Use the search function on the top of this page to be sure that the product is not on this web site. Alternatively, you can call Safety Network customer service on, 1800 930 940 or send an email to [email protected] for any products you cannot find.
I’ve forgotten my password. What should I do?
Your password can be retrieved by our database. Simply enter the email address that you registered with, click the ‘forgot your password’ button and a new password will be sent to your email inbox.
Where is Safety Network located?
Safety Network are a Melbourne based operation. Our local customers are welcome to pick up directly from our supplier by arrangement at time of order. Alternatively, we ship Australia wide every day.
Can I elect my own shipping method?
Our website purchases are currently set up with one shipping method, something we do endeavour to change in the future. Orders can be placed over the phone or via email. In this instance alternative shipping arrangements may be made.
When can I expect to receive my order?
Stocked items ordered before 2pm Monday to Friday will ship same day (excludes Public Holidays). Any items ordered that are not already in stock, may have a longer lead time. If this exceeds next day despatch, our friendly team will be in contact with you to confirm the expected waiting period.
How long will it take to receive an Order Confirmation email?
You will receive an order confirmation immediately after placing your order via the website. If this does not occur, please email our friendly team at [email protected] and we can rectify this with you.
What size sign do I need?
The size of the sign you require will depend on the distance from which the sign will be viewed.
Up to 12m – 300x225mm is recommended
Up to 18m – 300x450mm is recommended
Up to 27m – 600x450mm is recommended
How much will my shipping cost?
We offer free shipping for orders over $149 and $25 shipping for orders below $149 (inc GST).

What is your returns policy?
We offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase providing the following conditions are met. The item must come back in its original packaging and form. The cost of shipping will not be refunded, and the return shipping is at the cost of the customer returning the items.
